help, when using microsoft iexplorer, it always

goes to a website which I don't like. I tried to set default to
blank and it won't work.

Whenever I type in a new web address, it goes to netscape.
How to change this sitting?

Also I tried to install new IE7, it complains missing
dll:
iertutil.dll.
