How did you install/run True image? It is only supposed to be a Windows service that can be shut down at any time.

What you mean "用原機的恢複光碟重新裝一次"? A regular Windows install or 恢複? A regular full Windows install should wipe True image out.

BTW, 現在有新電腦了, should still 怕出問題 and 備份 :P
