一般是按了啥鍵的組合，或鼠標碰了不知啥地方。

俺一般先試試把 explorer 殺掉 (task manger)，然後
重新啟動 explorer。

In command prompt, do the follwoing

taskkill /F /IM explorer.exe
start explorer
