RealOne Player Problem

最近發現我的RealOne不能放一些RM文件,我又認為應該已經安裝了各種解碼.
今天又發現辛辛苦苦下載了兩天的無間道3不能放: 是.mpg 後綴.信息:RealOne Player needs to download new sofware to play this clip.我選擇Autoupdate,但結果是: there is no software update available from RealOne to support this content.Details: content type(s): audio/vnd.rn-mp3.
好不容易下載完,救救命
