Help for Trojan virus

McAfee scan found Trojan in my computer, but can not be Clean, Quarantine,or delete, because it shows" verify that the file is not write-protected and try again. the trojan name: new rootkit, file: zenx.sys
How should I do for this case. please help me. online waitting.
