試試：

1。Star-> Network connections-> Local Area Connection,
看看 Status 是否 Connected, 如果是雙點Local Area Connection，
這時會出來一個Window：“Local Area Connection Status”
用鼠標點： Support->Repair, 這是會出現一個“Repair Local Area Connection"的Window,
通常通過這些步驟，你的電腦就可以上網了。

2。如果還不行，還有一招：
打開Internet Explorer, -> Tools->Internet Options-> Connections-> LAN Settings-> 把所有方框裏的鉤鉤去掉，
然後點OK，這樣可能就能上網了。

3。如果還不能上網，我也沒招了：)。
