how to install TCPMP and plug-ins?

i want to use Axim X51V to play .avi file (dvix format). i have the following files, are they completed files?

tcpmp.setup.0.71.exe

tcpmp.arm.cabs.0.71.zip

plug-ins

ac3.setup.0.71.exe

ac3.cabs.0.71.zip

ffmpeg.setup.0.71.exe

ffmpeg.cabs.0.71.zip

speex.setup.0.71.exe

speex.cabs.0.71.zip

vorbislq.setup.0.71.exe

vorbislq.cabs.0.71.zip

after i installed all these files, only voice, not video.
