What did you delete? Deleted partition or file only? If it is file, there are many tools can recover it. Before you start recovering, don't do anything.

If you deleted partition, download mbrtool from

http://www.diydatarecovery.nl/mbrtool.htm

to recover the partition, then you can recover everything.

Prepare a bootable floppy or CD of windows95/98
run mbrtool
