I clicked advanced button, select the "Monitor" tab，the "monitor type" was set to ＂Default Monitor＂, and the "Properties" button is disabled. Under the "monitor settings", the "Screen refresh rate" is set to "Use hardware default setting". This is the only value available. I can not change it. How can I do?
