Windows Explorer - not response. Really a headache!

I am using Windows XP Home Edition (Dell computer).

I like to use Window Explorer to manage my computer files, rather than my computer. But I don't know why Window Explorer will become no response after I used it for a few minutes.

Any experts know how to fix it? Many Thanks.
