I don't think laptop pc is that bad.

If a mouse is that bad with 1-3 ma of current(@5v DC), imagine what a light bulb can do with 500-1000 ma of current at 110 volts AC.

Well I don't want to label these numbers as crap, it doesn't seem that credible.
