but the OS is windows 2000 chinese version and the chinese input software is the one comes with windows 2000, they can use it in other programs, but not my software. My software is written in VB in English. The input chinese in the field and save it in the database, they open it again in my software, it appears as ?????.
I guess they have local setting as PRC. Are there any other possibilities? Thanks for the reply.
