Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete key, go to "File" in Windows Task Manager window. Click New Task (run...) and type "msconfig" in Create New Task, then click OK. In "General" tab, click "Selective Startup" and uncheck "Load Startup Items". Then go to "Services" tab and click "Disable All". Good luck. You might restart your computer and get it.
