Looks like a hardware problem.

There might be a broken fan in your computer and some parts are overheated after 15 minutes. Take off the side panel, and use an external fan to blow cool air into the computer, and see if it becomes better. If it runs longer, it is an overheat problem. If not, there are other problems.
