IE主頁被改成垃圾網站，怎沒恢複呀

i tried tty's ietoy, but i did not know how to use it.

now my ie cannot visit anywhere, only a webpage for advitisement.

in addition, my 'ez trust antivirus' said my msdos.exe is a win32.jeem.ctrojan virus. how can i repair ie and remove the virus.

norton does not seem to work. help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks!!!!!!!!!!
