clean some trouble-maker exe in both
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files\ and
C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Installations\

google and donwload "hijackthis.exe" to fix unwanted auto-startup programs.
3. (advance option - seek computer guy assistance if you don't know what you are doing)

download handle.exc and psKill
a. use handle.exe to generate a list of running processes and dll and files each proccess occupy
b. stop all unwanted processes with "psKill" and delete all troubled files.
