請大家幫我看看怎樣解決這個問題

大約一半個月前，我每次打開 internet explorer,一些中文廣告網站就頻頻自動打開,google 的pop-up blocker 根本就不管用.更糟糕的是一個月前我每次關機的時候屏幕上就出現"driver_power_state_failure"的字樣然後就不動了,隻有強行關機. 按照給出的所有提示檢查了一下, 除了沒有重裝windows之外,但都沒用.我很苦惱.請大家幫我想想辦法,怎樣盡快恢複電腦.多謝了!
