fedora 5 啟動/關機時侯出現亂屏，請教解決辦法。。

我用的linux係統是 fedora 5， 發現啟動/關機時，有亂屏現象。我說得亂屏是哪種很短占的（一閃爾過）而且隻是出現在局部的顯示區域，大部分的屏幕還是黑的。login 以後（目前）還很正常。

是不是mornitor resolution 設置得不對？還是video card 驅動程序有問題？

My laptop has 14 inch wider screen, resolution 1280*768, video card model:mobile Intel 945GM express chipset.
I checked the driver release information from intel: the release date was 2005/09. Should i install its driver mannually?
Another annoyance is that, I have to select Generic LCD 1280
*800 for my monitor setting, because there is no resolution format that matches 1280*768, could this be the reason for the malfunctioning in display?
