Firstly, thank you very much for your attention.
1. It always happens. I can read the ppt file made from the other computer.

2. When I run the powerpoint, it appears "click to add title", I click and try to type something and then it blocks.

3. Not responding.

Hope that you could give me some help, I do need to do something using powerpoint now.
