Do you know how many partitions are on your disk?

I didn't read those links suggested by guys here (do not have much time).

I noticed that you did format the disk using the installation cd, that is good. Just like to remind you to delete all patitions, even those small one. some manuafacturers had created a small partition. You better delete it and try again.
