PC 啟動不了

給電PC就啟動，CPU 響一下，風扇都轉，顯示器不亮 （顯示器沒有壞）。

不知道where is the problem :CPU, Motherboard, or graphics cards?

There is no sound from CPU before when the mechine starts up, and the PC works propely before. Last night I move the machine to different place, then the above problem appears
