msn messager help. 高手請進

i am using the window xp (d version). i can use msn messager 4.0 without any problem. after i update to 6.0, i can't access to the program anymore. and another interst thing is when i was using window me, i can use 6.0 without any problem.

i have tried to install 6.0 serveral times without luck.

any expert can help me out?
