Powerful optical Zoom ( digital useless)
No memery stick ( digital camera's resolution two low, not good to waste money on it)
Other brand like JVC, Canon, etc with similar spec can be considered.
Sony DVD camcord is relatively newer on the market, haven't got chance to try.
