如果是IE自己的tool bar：

可以點 view -> tool bars -> 然後把你不要的tool bar 前的勾去掉就行了。 除了tool bar，IE還有很多亂七八糟的Explorer bar也很煩人的，可以在 view -> Explorer bar 裏去掉。
