What would it take to reverse this downtrend?

• QQQ has been making lower lows
• Each and every time QQQ attempted to rally, it was rejected right at its upper trend line.

To reverse this trend, we need to see QQQ to start making higher lows, and it needs to decisely break each and every trendline shown in this chart.
