救教現在應該怎麽辦？

周二我有一個麵試，老板說我是最後一個麵試的後選人，也是最好的，當場給我offer, 比我上個工作少二萬多，所以我提出了接近我原來salary 的數字，他說與別的人討論一下。我回來之後又寫了一個感謝的郵件並mention 了希望pay 的salary. 他立即回了我。

我想要這份工作，我又寫了郵件其中有這樣的問句Can you tell me again what’s your maximum pay for this position? I just wish you can pay me that I expected, can negotiation. Let me clear know if you give me an offer, totally, how much is your final pay? Thanks!一天過去了，他也沒有回複我？請教我該怎麽辦？再寫給他或打電話說我接受他給的offer 或打電話給他？謝謝！
