It appears ur years of PHD training ends up having a manager position leading a few engineers makes u really proud, and consequently u think u know everything?   

just be clear, my post was merely offering some honest opinion, if u dont like it, welcome to make ur point, but not putting such useless remarks.  Yes indeed, nobody is God or playing as God. its a free word, i can offer my 2 cents, yet not offending anyone. We are human, human makes mistakes, but can we help each other by pointing out soemthing ourselves might not realize?   we are all equal, but do u feel u r unequal by reading my post? if so why? i am all ears.  but I guess 你的嫉妒玻璃心受不了啊？哈哈哈.
