我就是從工程過來business的，是2條不同的路，2個很不同的思維，2種不同的性格.  係統的訓練可以少走彎路。能不能學出來得看個人悟性。

小公司VPs隻是glorified senior product mangers.  大公司VPs deal with corporate strategy and stockholder interests。

BTW, 你上的那個leaership program有談soft skills 嗎？.
