if you are in the energy industry

It is quite common to work extra hours if the project has compressed schedule.  only the technicial gets 1.5 time overtime pay because their jourly wage is low.  As engineer, you are salary employe, so no 1.5 overtime pay, but you do get paid straight time, don't you? otherwise, something is wrong.
