It may have some impact on the company.

But considering two PIPs and the managers and HR side on his side, I don't know the possibility of winning.

Anyway, this is high stressful and high demanding company. Actually not the company, but the people who are in change.

I am thinking Work Ethic approach or write a letter to CEO?
