Chinese or Indian Boss in IT are BOTH bad boss, I heard!

trust me, multiple of my friends who still work in IT - yes still, after last century's dot.com boom and 2002-2003, 2008-2009 economy down time, they all told me similar stories that either Chinese or Indians manager they are NOT good! change boss if you can!
