how come my last working experience in company is different? all my workload & performance review is determined by my manager, and she can 遲到早退 for herself + "人事權,決定權,罵人權" for others???

FYI - most recent advise (as of year 2014) from my chinese co-workers in IT industry in USA is: the worst boss is Chinese or Indians, the best boss treat most chinese well is Black!
