ok. just curious, what is a good time can a person do leadership

Obviously, we always have kids. so, only when kids are gone, and we are in late 40's, 50's then you can consider a leadership position? Seriously, when u r at that age, without the management experience, where do you find such career?

Not saying I m going to take this position. It's not really about money.... I have investment properties in first line city in China. it's about career..
