2). Work from home
3). Very good benefits
4). Long term incentive (10%)
5). Bonus 20% of base


New offer:
1). Manager at big size financial instituiton (> $500 Billion) with a small team of 5 or more
2). Required to be relocated with sponsorship
3). Base salary increase of 24%
4). Bonus is 15% of base
5). No long-term incentive
6). Very nice office environment
