我曾經就這樣回答了老板，老板接下來就說，I like what you said xxxx,

怕讓老板不高興沒得用，你應該告訴老板，I want to work here happily, happier employees are more productive, let's work it out together.

你的工作環境也許和我的不一樣，也許不能這樣。我這樣做了，效果很好。
