理解錯誤的尷尬

話說S女士是個外形氣質都不錯的中年女士，打交道不多。今天看到回信，由於理解錯誤，沒加思索就不客氣地回了一封。。。以下除人名沒有任何刪改：

No, I think you misunderstood my email! I’m expressing sympathy and surprise that people are not paying the full amount. I’m sorry for you that this happened. I agree – it’s not cool that anyone is doing this. It makes not want to bring in school chocolates for sale…

So what cool is this things contumely happen? Regardless the amount, I would always pay full amount no matter where: store or office. Anyway different people have different thinking I am sorry to bother you with the email.

 It has been several times that people (4^th floor) took the chocolate without paying the full amount. It is $3 each and I guess sometimes you just don’t have the changes ready so please remember to drop the money to the box later. Thank you for your cooperation and kind support!
