請教: skip level interview
我是歸VP管,上個星期SVP 寫短信給我說要對我們的VP 做一個SKIP LEVEL INTERVIEW. 我們單位前段時間有個對全公司的民意調查, 我們部門有些地方得的分數不高,我不知道這是不是要做SKIP LEVEL INTERVIEW的原因。 我不知道該說些什麽。 我們的VP 是有點PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE 的, 是個快40歲的單身母親, 帶兩個孩子, 脾氣很差的,對女生, 經常吼的, 她自己工作動作很快,所以給我們的活都喜歡最後30 分鍾給, 弄得很緊張, 你給她REVIEW的工作,她總是到最後開會前才看,然後讓我們在最後的20, 30 分鍾內改一大堆FORMATTING, 弄得很緊張。 想請教大家, 我該說什麽, 不該說什麽。 What do you like about your job? What aspects of your job would you prefer not to have to do? Why? What are some of the informal operating rules of your work unit that, if violated, will put you in hot water with your supervisor? Where do you see yourself going from your present job? How free do you feel about talking over job problems with your supervisor? What are some of the helpful/unhelpful practices that go on in your work unit that you would like to share with me? Do you have any ideas to improve our department that you would like to share? What would you tell your manager if you could tell him or her without hurting his or her feelings? Is there anything going on that you think I do not know about that you think if I knew it would surprise me? Is there anything going on where it appears that your supervisor may be getting close to violating some sort of HR requirement? If so, what advice do you have to help the person move away from this behavior? Are you having any interpersonal problems with anyone at the company where you think I could help in some way? Is there anything you would like to tell me that I have not asked? How do you feel your supervisor handles conflicts between team members? Do you feel that your supervisor is accessible and willing to help you? What aspects of this interview do you want to have shared with your supervisor? If shared, what things should remain anonymous and what things are such that you aren’t worried about your supervisor finding out it was you who made the comment?
