，這些big project 都有tight deadline, 新人丟給我,i have to start from getting info again. Not everyone is available for urgent meeting. Then I will be the one to work non stop and extra hours to meet deadline. If I was in the meeting, I can better point the direction to the new hired or work more efficiantly.
