what to do when being excluded from meetings

新老板６個月前加入公司.
兩月前，新老板招了新人，讓我培訓完，就不再乎我了，我在公司三年，IN KEY POSITION，新人隻接手１／３ 我的工作，我忽然注意到，從上周起，新老板竟然不再invite me for meetings, 但是E新人做不了，很多問題bounced back to me. 因為沒有參加meetings,不知道具體的問題是什麽，新人又不能接解釋很清楚，mostly the stake holders are not in our department, I have to contact them to get the details, this is inefficient, 讓我很難處理.


我們這個部門很忙，招新人就是為了分擔一些PROJECTS， 但是exluding me from meetings make me uncomfortable ,大家認為老板的意圖是什麽？

我上周五和老板談了我的感受，He apologized immediately， 我不知道他的真正意圖是什麽？

我該做什麽準備呢？ 我和大老板(the boss of this 新老板) 關係不錯，是否該越級COMPLAIN一下？

不太想馬上換工作，隻是想 采取策略保護自己。
