That is NOT the indian boy's own blog;  it is the only blog for the whole team. should everything posted in there be in the team's voice? according to best practice of team in USA ? 

from my personnality, if my son posted it using " I " , I might suggest him to use " We" instead. 

my worry is that my son did not realize what the boy did is really not a good team work behavior, and he doesn's has the guts to confront this boy in a positive way, as the team leader / captain. 

assertiveness is my weakness in my career, and i just hope my son can be better than me :(
