I want to tell u my story when working with Indians.
the situation was even worse. half of the 8 people team were their guys, and also the boss.
they totally worked together. And the boss often let me seek advice from an Indian girl, who coming in the same day as me, and knew nothing.
i felt very angry at the time.
but, when there came a layoff, the Indian big brother let 2 his younger sisters, including the advice girl, go, the 3rd was an old guy.
so, when it is safe, Indians absolutely will be together. But when crisis coming, they will help themselves.
