A rule of thumb for a success business model in high tech these days -  Quick time to market as a good enough minumum viable product, relentlessly improve quality based on customer feedback, continuous charge field service fee and use it as a revenue model :-)     M did right thing for the company and showed his vision for the company.  :-)
