It's very nice to work with you in these 7 weeks. Your technical decision and vision are very impressed to me. I have the ability to implement and also have strong will to deliver software product. Therefore, I am thinking of a way to put these two strengths well together.

I propose to work as a contractor for the company with a rate that is comparable to my current salary. My salary can be calculated by product deliveries. We may define a final delivery with 3 - 4 months of development time, in which each milestone is set as 2 or 3 weeks. We figure out a total amount of contract fee in each delivery and my salary is paid by the achievements of milestones. As common sense, failures in deliveries or bad quality of deliveries will cause the cease of contract relationship. We decide next contract before each final delivery.

If you think above proposal is doable, I can easily concentrate on the jobs defined for me. I personally think it is the best way for me to work for XXXXXX at current time. It is also very flexible for both sides to change the cooperation status in future.
