I really don't think that manager dealt with such issue correctl

Honestly I am from a large teach hospital. I witnessed and dealt with lots of interns and residents, bad and good. Many these interns don't really know much at bedside when they are new so we have to " baby-sit" them but I personally never disrespect them. Like I said don't try to show how strong you are in the beginning because it is so easy to get too much attention. Show them who you are: kind, smart and professional. 沒事不惹事，有事我不怕。
