how does it feel for working in this type of company?

I just got an offer from a small software development company (100+ persons), they have been in industry 10+ years, major client is targeting pharmaceutical and clinical research industry.

以往的工作經驗都是大公司內部的INTERNAL IT 部門. 所以沒有這方麵類似公司工作的經驗...有過這方麵小的software development company 經驗的人能否談下感覺如何? 會不會比較CHAOTIC? 有感於上一份工作就是太STRESSFUL 和 WORK LOAD 太crazy, finally got laid off, 而且自己也感覺太累而幹不下去的.

是否象我這種情況, 應當避免這種類型小的軟件公司?
