選擇那個工作？ Corp To Corp $85/hour W2 $75 /hour？

自己 搞個公司 有什麽不好？ 

This is the first time that I consider taking a contract position. I have bee full-time permanent job for almost 20 years.

If i setup my own company, I need to pay myself, buy insurance for myself, I have to submit federal and medicare tax monthly, what else do I need to pay attention to?
