the truth is that you mishandled the whole case yourself

1) your project manager never wrote you to extend u.  So why u turned down other project, assuming u will be extended.
2) do u really think u did right on the last day?!  Your emotion took over and what u did is quite childish.
3) If u disrespect your boss because u feel u r technically stronger, this only tells how immature u r.   The truth that he is your boss tells that at least from the top manager, your boss has more potential.
