How to negotiate exit package?

I have been working for my current company for many years, and I have got great reviews in the past from my previrous managers, but current manager doesn't like me, and I believe he is not qualified as people manager. I have reported to HR, and I want to move on to next company. My questions is how can I negociate an exit package? Thanks!
