Not the case in a group with indian manager

That only applies to a balanced work force place, a non indian manager, to be exact.
If an indian becomes the manager, he/she will never give any opportunity
to any non-indian people and never hire any non-indianese either.
I have seen too many in silivion valley IC companies!
