A friend of mine who worked for Quebec government told me that she saw some cases that a tiny harrassment gave some victims the chance to rest at home for 3 years or more with full salary. My case might not be that severe, but I am curious that from the victim side, how to manipulate (write a letter to whom for example) this to maintain justice and gain proper interest.
